Shipments and returns
All items are shipping from our Elkhart IN warehouse. Strictly no pickup.
We will ship your items with 1 to 2 business day after receipt of payment. Your items will be well packaged.
Our default carrier is USPS or USP with tracking. After delivered, our system will send the tracking number to you.
For Canada order, your parcel may be delivery by Canada post with tracking.
Your purchasing have a 12 month warranty. If item arrival on defect, please contact us within a 30 return window. We may ask you to provide some evidence to asist our determination. If the produ ct is defect within 1 year, we will provide a replacement on the conditional that we are sure that the product is not damaged by artificial error. We may ask you to return the product on your cost if the return request is raised beyone the 30 days return window.
